Reflections report
The total reflective journal is 2,000 words, in two sections, each section 1000 words
section A. Select the 3 best pieces of evidence you have gathered (I have already chosen 3 evidence), make them available to your lecturer, label which aspects of capability/capabilities each exemplifies and describe why this is a good piece of evidence (1 000 words).
section B. Write and submit a 1000 word report that provides your analysis and reflections about the process of self-assessment that you have undertaken and analyse the evidence you have gathered. This section relates to the pre and post skills and capabilities audit students completed as well as an overall view of the evidence collected.
Reflections report is about the process of self-assessment that students have undertaken and analyse the evidence gathered.
This self assessment is taking about how (me) I developed my skills during the university studies in respect of 6 capabilities. i have chosen this 6 :
1- Analytical thinking
2- Diagnose and solve problems
3- Respect for diversity
4- Empathy and sensitivity
5- Time management / project
6- Personal, professional and social development
I have 3 evidences that participated in the development of some of the 6 capabilities.

2- work with group

You have to take about each evidence and how it changed and affected and developed (me) as student in respect of each of the 6 capabilities, so it is self expression (take about your self). you can write some example might have happened with student.
I want to mention here that in each capabilities some of them I have developed and some I didn’t. In each if I developed I have to correlate the evidence and talk about it . If I didn’t developed I have to talk about it and give some reason.
