Recruiting the right employees to your Company

In the global competition that we live today, it is very important to hire the most talented and qualified people to your company or department. Human resources are becoming the source of competitive advantage for current companies; therefore, many companies are trying to get the best employees from all over the world.

Imagine that you are the head of the human resource department, and your company is planning to expand globally (for the first time) by opening another branch (division) in USA, because there is high opportunity to enter that market.

Such move requires you to have the best people to work and build the new branch. Refer to the main points in chapter 3 “The Global Environment”, and select two points that you think are important in this hiring process.

Write one page (between 400 and 450 words only) about these two points as follows:

Short paragraph about the nature of your company and what it does (50 words)

2)
Explain why you selected them (their importance to build and run your company successfully in the new country)

3)
How will you ensure that they are addressed (considered) during the hiring process. This can be done by selecting the right people, verify their skills and experience, offer them training, or any practice you feel suitable.
