-Different types of fit (person organization fit, person job fit, person group fit and person supervisor fit)
-Outcomes of fit (e.g. satisfaction, organizational commitment, org citizenship behavior).
Make sur to include recent studies (2006 – 2014) and some old studies to show how person environment fit research developed over time and highlight the gaps in the studied areas so far. Include studies done in the United Arab Emirates. Sources from emerald and proquest databases so I can access them later on.
