Management

This assignment is for students who would like to add some extra credit to their grade. It is NOT mandatory.

Please read The Nightingale Project. Complete Part B by answering all fou questions presented on page 335. Written responses must be accompanied by charts, diagrams and schedules as appropriate. There will be five points possible for each of the four questions for a total possible 20 points. No copied work will be accepted. Please make sure to submit independent work.

The start date to be used for the project is January 1, 2010. Please formulate all solutions based on this beginning calculation. Also, be sure to read the Case Appendix: Technical Details section at the bottom of the case and incorporate these elements into your answer(s).
