I was asked to identify and design an interactive display for a children’s museum. READ THE RFP POSTED FIRST BEFORE CONTINUING. The following are the instructions:

List as many stakeholders as you can who may be impacted by this project. For each stakeholder, explain the relationship between the stakeholder and the project.

You will need to do some research to learn about stakeholders. For each identified stakeholder, identify at least two pieces of RELEVANT information that may be used to inform your design. At least one piece of information per stakeholder must be found through research, necessitating a citation to indicate where you found your information. Use in-text citations with bracketed numbers (such as at the end of this sentence) to link your information to the reference list at the end of this document. [1]
We will be using the formatting guidelines specified by IEEE for this course. See the “IEEE Citation Reference” ATTACHED.
List your citations in order of appearance (not alphabetically) in the reference section at the end of this document.

Lastly, think about all of the stakeholders involved in this project. Why might the development of this project be complex? Write a short paragraph on this topic as an advisory to the client.

Stakeholder #1
Brief statement about the relationship between the stakeholder and the deliverable
Relevant information that may be used to inform your design [citation]

I have already completed one stakeholder (what the design will affect) which is children. (EXAMPLE BELOW, Don’t include in paper). Do the same for Parents, Teachers, Museum staff and Manufacturers.

Then write the paragraph explained in the instructions.

Children.
Middle school-aged children will be playing with the final product.
The average height of 12 year old males is 154 cm [1] and 152 cm for females [2].
The average hand strength of 12 year old males is 219.4 N [3], and is 197.6 N for females [3]
