Final Company Performance Summary
Submit your final company performance summary.
The summary is for new members of the board of directors for your company. The summary should be 4 pages in length. It is being written for high-level business executives, so it is important that your summary is concisely written, rich in content, and applicable to the real world. Writing concisely and with impact will be an important skill to have as you develop in your professional career.
In Part 1 of the summary, you should briefly bring the new board members up to speed about the progress of the company over the past eight years. You do not have to describe every change, but you want to give them an executive-level overview of the company’s products, strategy, and performance. You should cover the following topics, which align with many of the pages in the Foundation FastTrack:
Refer to Foundation FastTrack, especially the sections on Low Tech segment, High Tech segment, and perceptual map.
Refer to Foundation FastTrack, especially the sections on R&D, capacity, etc.

Refer to Foundation FastTrack, especially the sections on stock market analysis, bond market analysis, and financial summary.
In Part 2 of your summary, you should focus on the current situation and the future.
You will want to provide a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis of your company at the end of the eighth year (Round 8.) You should conclude your summary by suggesting next steps for your product(s) and your company.
