Environment Crime: Research Writing Credit

QUESTION:
TO WHAT EXTENT SHOULD BREACHES OF ENVIRONMENTAL LAWS BE TREATED AS CRIMINAL ACTS? HOW FAR CAN UK LAW BE SAID TO TREAT THESE BREACHES IN THIS WAY?

It’s a very open assignment where you can put ‘anything’ strong points in the assignment. So far the once I can think for Environment Crime is to deal with White Collar/Corporate Crime?
My lecturer said the is no need to raise ALL relevant theories, as long as we can pick a few and dive very deep into that particular theory.

So far the one I can think, YOU SHOULD be able to put another good theory/s.

These are the notes (with reading list inside) for Criminology. I think the theories in the notes must be selectively picked to suit the question for the assignments .

This is another assignment and here I attached the question.
You can have a look at the module focus for a thorough focus. It is kinda a mix of Criminology/Criminal and Environment Law.
There is no lectures on this subject as it is very much based on coursework.

The notes are inside the handout file. (with reading list inside) for Criminology. I think the theories in the notes must be selectively picked to suit the question for the assignments .

PS: i have highlighted the question which is Number 6 on Criminology/Criminal Law.
