1. It’s basically a concept paper that represents in Cell-level-research to bridge the gap between the current cell efficiencies and the theoretical efficiencies.

3. Describe the elements of the proposed concept of bridging the gap between the current cell efficiencies and the theoretical efficiencies including its basic function and how it responds to the needs identified by the FOA.
