OBIM has a pool of award money available for Special Act and OTS Awards for the remainder of FY 2015.

Here are a couple things I would like in place before we start communicating this to the organization, as we will need to make everyone aware that money is available since it hasn’t been since 2011.

Process Overview:
• Using the program overview/guide please put together a flow chart or step by step guide on what action a supervisor needs to take to submit an award. Essentially, a one page job aid.

Communication Strategy:
• Outline the communication strategy, with timeframes, for communicating this throughout OBIM.

• Draft communications to support. These need to include the process overview and a remainder that awards cannot be for achievements within the employee’s area of responsibility as outlined in their approved Performance Work Plan (PWP).
